Abstract Guidelines

Application Guidelines for Abstract Submission

To apply, please fill out the application form, including the upload of a .docx-format abstract/resume with a maximum length of 1500 characters (including spaces). Ensure that you follow the provided template.

Abstract Template:

Abstract Requirements

Using the template, include the following:

  • Names and affiliations of the presenters.
  • Title of the presentation.
  • Email address of the first author.

Formatting Guidelines:

  • Maximum of 1500 characters (including spaces).
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 11.
  • Alignment: Justified.
  • File format: .docx.
  • Avoid additional formatting.

Suggested Abstract Structure (Optional):

  1. Introduction and Relevance
  2. Methods and Tools
  3. Results
  4. Summary and Outlook

Important:
Adhere to the template, as the Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude abstracts that do not meet formal or content requirements from the abstract book. If revisions are needed, you will be notified individually.

Additional Notes:

  • Include 3–5 keywords in the abstract.
  • If your research is part of a project, mention the relevant details, e.g.: The research was supported by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation through the National Research, Development, and Innovation Fund as part of the EKÖP-x-x-x code University Research Scholarship Program.
