Workshops and Additional Information

Our college will host workshops during the conference. Details about the workshops and how to apply will be shared on the website.

Lunch

The registration fee includes sandwich lunches on both days. Please indicate any food allergies on the application form to ensure we can accommodate everyone's needs.

Accommodation

We can provide accommodation for 3000 HUF/person/night, limited to one or two nights, primarily for participants from across borders or distant locations from Pécs. Accommodation will be offered in PTE Balassa Dormitory (Pécs, Jakabhegyi út 6) in double rooms. Participants will be assigned two people per room.

  • If accommodation is required for two nights, please indicate this in advance.

Scheduling for Distant Participants

We will schedule presentations for speakers traveling from afar between 11:00 and 16:00 to facilitate travel to and from Pécs.

Application Confirmation and Session Allocation

Applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance and session assignments no later than February 7, 2025. Applications for accommodation will also open after this date.

  • From the "Főpályaudvar" station: Take bus 30, 30Y, or 103 towards "Klinikák" to the "Ifjúság útja" stop.
  • From the "Zsolnay Szobor" station: Take bus 2, 2A, 102, or 102Y towards "Uránváros" to the "Egyetemváros" stop.

From bus station:

  • From the "Vásárcsarnok" stop: Take bus 30, 30Y, or 103 towards "Klinikák" to the "Ifjúság útja" stop.
  • From the "Árkád" stop: Take bus 2, 2A, 102, or 102Y towards "Uránváros" to the "Egyetemváros" stop.

By Car:
Parking near the university is paid.
